Beth is trained in teaching meditation and can help you on a 1:1 basis with learning meditation techniques. Being aware that meditation is a commitment and something that takes much practise, Beth will impart as much knowledge as she can in order to help you find the best way to incorporate meditation to your life.

Even ten minutes daily meditation has been proven to help with managing the stress and strains of everyday life - improving concentration, promoting healthy sleep patterns, decreasing anxiety and helping with maintaining a positive outlook on life. 

MeMeditation Circle is a group session held monthly where Beth will lead a guided meditation for 1 hour.
