Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

EFT is more commonly known as 'the tapping technique'. It is considered in EFT that the cause of negative emotion is due to an imbalance in the body's energy system. The client applies gentle pressure by tapping on certain accessible acupressure points of energy meridians in the body (copying the practitioner). It is a combination of gentle talk therapy with physical tapping which works by shifting energies and allowing the client to acknowledge and then release negative emotions. It has been described as ‘a magic trick for the mind’ which is often very accurate! You really do have to experience EFT to understand the profound effect it can have. EFT can be effective for both physical and emotional pain, trauma, phobias, limiting beliefs, addictions, cravings and much more.

Sessions can be done remotely (by phone or Zoom) or in person at my clinic.
