EFT is commonly known as 'the tapping technique'. It is considered in EFT that the cause of negative emotion is due to an imbalance in the body's energy system. 

The client applies gentle pressure by tapping on certain accessible acupressure points of energy meridians in the body (copying the practitioner). It is a gentle form of talk therapy that also combines the shifting of energies via the physical tapping.

 

EFT can be effective for both physical and emotional pain, trauma, phobias, limiting beliefs, addictions, cravings and much much more. Sessions can be done remotely (by phone or Skype) or in person.
